Domestic shipments are generally delivered within 5–7 business days, while international shipments typically take 5–10 business days. For international buyers, orders are shipped and delivered only through registered international courier companies and/or international speed post. Orders are usually dispatched within 3 business days after payment confirmation or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Our warehouse operates Monday to Saturday during standard business hours, excluding national holidays. In such cases, we take all necessary steps to minimize any shipping delays. Delivery timelines are subject to the norms of the courier company or postal authorities. We are not liable for any delay in delivery caused by the courier company or postal authorities. Our responsibility is limited to handing over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within the specified dispatch period.
